Frosty is coming to town! Join the Tooele Downtown Alliance, the Tooele County Chamber of Commerce, and Tooele City for an exciting Small Business Saturday celebration full of shopping, parades, and holiday cheer.

Event Schedule

  • 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Frosty’s Downtown Market at Veterans Memorial Park

  • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Santa Parade (ends at Veterans Park)

  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Visit Santa at the Ritz Theatre (hosted by the Tooele City Arts Council)

  • 5:30 PM: Tree Lighting at Veterans Park & Quest Winners Announced! (hosted by Tooele City and Tooele Downtown Alliance)

This year, the hunt for Frosty is going digital! Download our official event app to explore downtown, find the custom-decorated Frostys at participating local businesses, and unlock exclusive Small Business Saturday promotions. Check in at each location using the app—if you complete the quest, you will be entered to win Lots of great prizes from participating businesses.

For Vendors & Local Businesses

Join the Outdoor Market Set up a booth right in the middle of the festivities! The market runs from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (setup begins at noon). Because this is an outdoor winter event, please plan to bring your own propane heaters.

  • Cost: $25 for a 12x12 space.

  • Details: Once your application is reviewed and approved by our board, our director will reach out with instructions to pay via Venmo, cash, or check. The Tooele Downtown Alliance is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, so your booth fee is tax-deductible.

Vendor Sign Up

Become a Stop on the Quest We want the community visiting your storefront while they are downtown! All that is required is a prize for the final stop at The Ritz Theater in Frosty's Downtown Quest. All you need to do is design and decorate a Frosty for your location for attendees to find. We will promote your business and your Small Business Saturday deals directly on the event app.

  • Apply: Simply email director@downtowntooele.com with your store's promotion and final prize to let us know you want to be added to the app!
