This Fundraiser is to help a community member in need. We began this event by helping a local Downtown business owner after a motorcycle accident to help keep the shop open while he recovered. Last year we helped 3 year old Taysen Baum with his fight against sepsis and meningitis leaving him in the hospital for an extended amount of time. e are pleased to announce the 2025 Down But Not Out Ride N Rally.

Our beneficiary is Ronda Justesen from Hometown Tire and Auto! Ronda is an amazing and strong woman who has been fighting heart failure for many years now. Ronda is a Downtown business owner, proud community volunteer, and a fighter. Even through everything she has gone through, she has shown resilience and determination! She is also a bright light of positivity with anyone that she encounters. We are proud to have her in our downtown community!

The rally is a blast and we have an organization called the Children's Entrepreneur Network coming out with children's booths with items they have made for the event. If you would like to be a vendor go to the same website and sign up there. Your booth fee will be donated to this years beneficiary.

The ride will start at 9am with kick stands up at 10:30. We will ride out to Delle and back and a map will be included a couple of weeks before the event. All ride fees will be donated to the beneficiary.

We do accept vendors for this event and to be a vendor, you sign up HERE. All proceeds and booth fees will go to a person in need in our community. Vendors can donate more if they want but it is not required. Last year the Modern Woodmen of America matched out donation up to $2500 and we greatly appreciate the work they do.
